service approvals, signatures, addresses, tax IDs, invoice/payment metadata.
Payment cards are processed by Stripe in the ITFlow Portal; we do not store full card numbers.

We do not authorize vendors to use your information for their own marketing.

Contracts, invoices, tax records: up to 7 years (or longer if required).Support & SMS logs: 18–24 months, unless needed longer for dispute, security, or legal reasons.We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed.

“Do Not Sell or Share” (CPRA/CPA): we do not sell personal information. If/when we “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising (remarketing), we will provide a “Do Not Share My Personal Information” link and honor opt-outs.

you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions).

11) HIPAA, CJIS, and Regulated Data
HIPAA/PHI:
BPS is not a HIPAA Business Associate unless both parties sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Do not share PHI without a BAA.
CJIS:
BPS does not act as a CJIS-authorizing/admin entity unless expressly stated in an SOW/contract. We follow your documented policies and least-privilege principles.
Real estate/government/healthcare work: Any regulated data handling occurs strictly under the applicable SOW/contract and client policy.

12) Lawful Bases for EU/UK Users
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases may include:
Contract necessity:
